I’ve been working on exposures and this book has been a great reminder on how to handle ourselves … accept the anxiety - don’t fight it - look forward to more exposure videos.

This was super insightful, especially the part where you talked about anxiety preventing you from things you actually want to do. You're really shedding light on a topic that's important, even if you are not personally experiencing anxiety.

oOoOO i like that!! A word of the year cuz lord it puts so much pressure on myself to make resolutions. Then when I don't "Succeed" in my resolution I get down.

This is me 100%! I don't drive anymore because of several bad panic attacks while driving and I know I need to get back into it. It took one really bad panic attack while driving and I was like...that's it...and sold my car. I still struggle just being in the car, even with my "safe person". This has inspired me to keep pushing myself a little each day. I want my life back. 😩 Like you, I once drove everywhere with zero problems. I didn't even think about anxiety. Now someone knocks on the door and I'm like 👀. It's easy to get into that spiral and eventually everything becomes scary. Also, same with not sleeping at all the night before I have to do something. This video was so relatable. Congratulations on setting your mind to it and following through! I know it wasn't easy. I hope you keep posting your journey...even the bad times. I think that's important for people to see. I'm proud of you!

Thank you for sharing and being open. I can definitely relate and have the same feeling in a crowded grocery store. I started to have my aipods on in the store and keep calm music playing until I get to the check out. The pandemic definitely cause my anxieties to get worse. I’m proud of you for getting thru it!

I’m so proud of you, friend. You did THAT!!! Thank you for sharing your journey and giving courage to those that might be going through the same things. I’d love to see more videos of you tackling your anxiety and the things that you do to make it through panic attacks. I have social anxiety; which brings upon anxiety when I’m around new people, in a group, or going places by myself. I find that having a few drinks/getting tipsy before being in a social setting helps to alleviate my anxiety.
